My Fees

UPDATE:

Since COVID-19 and the current living crisis we are all facing; fees have been updated.

Please contact me directly via email or mobile for my current fees.   Or simply click on the Get In Touch button above or scroll down to the bottom and simply submit me your enquiries.  It's that easy!

Payment Types

  • Direct Deposit (EFT)

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • All payments must be made 24hrs prior to counselling session (both online & mobile)

  • An invoice for required payment will be sent at least 7 days prior to your next session via SMS or Email

Your First Session

What does confidentiality mean? It means that what you've shared with a person is private, and they shouldn't share it with anyone else.  In this sometimes confused world, it can still happen. As a mental health professional, I am bound by certain Code of Ethics and statutory laws, from sharing your confidential information with anyone; even a family member.  To find out more, please send me an email, and I'll be happy to send you further information.

Further Sessions

Your first session with me will be confirmed in writing at the time of your first booking, together with payment upfront.  If no payment is received, then your session will automatically be cancelled; and you will be notified via SMS or Email. 

An Informed Consent Form/Confidentiality Agreement will also be emailed to you prior to your 1st session.  This will need to be signed and returned on the day or before, we can commence any counselling sessions.  

What if I have to cancel my session?

Any further sessions must be paid 24 hours prior to your next appointment.  I will send you an SMS reminder 24hrs prior to confirm your appointment.  If you confirm by SMS or phone call, I will process your payment/invoice.  If I don't hear from you, then your appointment will automatically be cancelled; and you will be charged for that session.

In life there are always bumps along the road, so I understand if circumstances may prevent you from attending your session; or that you simply just need to change the appointment time.  I just ask of you to please advise me 24hrs in advance.  If however, you don't confirm or turn up to your appointment, you will be charged for that session.

Refund Policy

If you decide to pay any of your sessions upfront more than 1 week in advance, such as 2 or 3 weeks; but you suddenly have to cancel one of your appointments that you have booked online; or scheduled with me via email or over the phone; you have 2 options.  You can either ask me for a refund, when you advise me in writing that you have to cancel (24hrs notice period required). Or you can ask for the fee already paid to be credited to your next appointment; should you decide to reschedule.  It's that easy.  If you have paid only 48hrs or 24hrs prior to your appointment as required, and you cancel with the required notice, you will receive a credit to your next appointment.  If you have paid for any sessions, advise me that you will be attending, but don't turn up to the session; you will NOT receive any refund for that sesssion.
